Week 8

The substructure masonry has been constructed and the beam and block floor installed. The demolition of the existing roof is taking place and the external and internal walls are being constructed, as seen in the below photo’s.

The Groundworks Begin

Following the Ground Breaking Ceremony, which took place on the 30^th April 2014, the ground has been reduced in level to allow for the foundation footings to be dug and we are currently pouring the 53m3 of concrete into them.

With the site set-up now in place the construction works have now commenced on the Stanfield Nursing Home Project and are off to a good start.
